The property is smoke-free and any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. There is a $200 penalty for removing smoke detectors and a $200 penalty for lost key fobs. No outside guests without permission. One towel per guest per stay. Valid photo ID required to complete the booking. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 11 AM with a $75 per hour late fee. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM each day. The home is monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. The unit is equipped with a smart lock for hassle-free and secure entry using a personalized access code.
