Regular household pets are not allowed.
Rocky Point is right on the Tampa Bay and close to Downtown Tampa. The immediate neighborhood includes hotels, small bars, restaurants, a rooftop bar, and brunch spots. Just around the corner is the bridge to St. Petersburg and Clearwater. Nearby attractions include Whiskey Joes, a popular indoor and outdoor beach bar and restaurant with live music, and a large public beach with ample parking. Almost everything is within walking distance, and Uber or Lyft is readily available for trips downtown.
Check-in is at 4 PM EST and checkout is at 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. Smoking is not allowed inside the rental. If smoking is detected, a $250 penalty will be charged. In case of a lockout, a fee of $125 will be charged for re-entry assistance, or $200 if outside regular business hours. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations, which are unpredictable and beyond control. The resort fee is a damage waiver that covers up to $500 in damages during your stay. Guests may still be liable for damages beyond $500 or those not covered by the waiver.
