Enjoy access to the community pool and nearby gym. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. An un-Leashed Pet Fee is $50.00 per occurrence and Pet Waste Pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence.
This apartment is conveniently located near USF (5 min - 2.2 mi), MOSI (8 min - 4.2 mi), Busch Gardens Tampa Drive (11 min - 4.5 mi), Takomah Trail Park Drive (10 min - 5.1 mi), and Lettuce Lake Park Drive (13 min - 5.9 mi).
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere (inside or outside) on the property. A fee of up to $300 may be incurred if you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
