Located in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, this apartment is a short drive from the Florida Aquarium, famous restaurants, and riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk. The apartment is also near University Mall, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, and Adventure Island. The apartment is located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting and is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve. USF is 2.2 miles away, MOSI is 4.2 miles away, Busch Gardens Tampa is 4.5 miles away, Takomah Trail Park is 5.1 miles away, and Lettuce Lake Park is 5.9 miles away.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Pets are welcome with a one-time fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and Wolf-hybrids. An un-leashed pet fee is $50.00 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of 8 guests are allowed at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 3 per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum between 10 PM and 8 AM. Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
