Enter the home through the front door using a code provided at check-in. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with a large smart TV and a queen pullout couch. The kitchen and dining area, with a table that seats four, is fully equipped for all your cooking needs. The master bedroom features a king bed, a desk, and an ensuite bathroom. The second bedroom has two full beds, while the third and fourth bedrooms each have a queen bed. A shared full bathroom is located in the hallway. The backyard is partially fenced and includes a grill and picnic table.
Parking is limited to two vehicles parked one in front of the other, with no street parking available. Please plan accordingly if you book this home.
Situated right next to McCallie School, this home is in a transitioning neighborhood. While some guests have expressed concerns about the area, we find it to be a great, family-friendly neighborhood with no security issues. The downtown location means parking is limited, but Uber and Lyft are readily available for convenient transportation.
The home features a digital keypad for contact-free check-in, ensuring maximum privacy. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM to respect our neighbors. A $500 damage charge will be incurred if smoking is detected in or around the home. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee, but must be crated when unattended and kept off furniture. Any evidence of pets on furniture or waste not cleaned up will result in additional cleaning charges.
