The land will be sold as five individual tracts. Tracts 1, 2, 3 & 4 will be sold on a price per acre basis. Tract 5 will be sold on a total dollar amount basis. Tracts will not be offered in their entirety at the conclusion of the auction. This auction can also be viewed through the Peoples Company mobile bidding app and online bidding will be available.
