The pool is temporarily out of service for maintenance, but rest assured, we are working on it. The rest of the house is in perfect condition and ready for you to enjoy. No pets are allowed. No parties or loud noise are permitted, and quiet hours are after dark to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors. Smoking inside the property is strictly prohibited and will result in an automatic complaint. Check-in is at 4:00 PM, and check-out is at 10:00 AM, with late check-out potentially resulting in additional fees. Always keep windows and doors closed to maintain security and comfort, and lock all doors when leaving the property. Do not move furniture, and if necessary, return everything to its original position before check-out. A security camera is located outside by the entrance for safety, and it does not record anything inside the home. The pool is not heated, and water temperature varies depending on the weather, season, and time of day. We follow a rigorous cleaning and disinfection process after every stay to ensure a spotless, safe environment. Florida is home to diverse wildlife and insects, and while regular pest control is provided, it’s common to see some during your stay.
