Not all bedrooms will be stocked with a TV and additional TVs cannot be provided on request. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to check in. Quiet hours are daily between 10PM and 7AM. Repeated violations of this policy will result in a fee of up to $500 USD and possible removal from the premises without refund. The pool is heated and open daily from 10AM to 7PM all year round. A $70.00 non-refundable cleaning fee is payable the first night of your stay. There is a strict no smoking policy that includes your unit, patios, and common guest areas. Guests will be subject to fines up to $500 if there is any evidence of smoking inside the unit. Limited housekeeping service is provided, with cleaning before check-in and after check-out. Additional cleanings are available upon request and may incur an additional fee. For stays over 30 days, additional personal information and a signed License Agreement are required. All guests must verify their information, including a third-party background check. An additional deposit of up to $500 per reservation will be held during your stay and released within 7 days after check-out to cover any incidentals.
