Very pretty, level lot with 317 feet of road frontage, and approximately 1244 ft deep. The house was lived in until very recently, however best future use may be a tear down. All of the mechanicals seem to be functional. There is a drilled well, and an old dug well. There is some type of a septic system, presumably from when the house was built in 1955. The foundation is stone, and below the house is just a dirt crawl space that does get quite wet. There appears to be rotted sills and floor joists, and the interior floors are sagging. The full bathroom does have a washing machine hookup, and the dryer is in the mudroom. The furnace is in the attic, and access is from the exterior, however the stairs to get there are unsafe.
