Gulf State Park offers miles of trails, beautiful beach access, bike rentals and nature observation. It’s ideal for a full day outdoors. Perdido Pass is a scenic water-passage connecting bays and the Gulf, offering boating views and nice spots for photography or a quiet stroll near the water. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. For March 1st to May 1st the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit/house and/or linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm-8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy. Violators of the no parties or events policy will be charged a $500 fine. Guests must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation and provide a state identification card or driver's license upon booking. For same day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. [SI]
