Feel at home in this Lutz retreat, offering a comfortable base to experience the area's attractions. This second-floor unit features four bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom.
The open living area provides plenty of space for the whole family to gather. The living room includes a cozy sofa and a TV. The full kitchen is equipped with a stovetop, microwave, and dishes. A breakfast nook sits beside the kitchen, and a separate dining area provides a welcoming place to enjoy meals together. A free washer and dryer are in the unit for your convenience.
Three visitor parking spots are available on a first-come-first-served basis. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, Wolf-hybrids and any animal known to these breeds by any other name. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. An un-Leashed Pet Fee is $50.00 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up is $50.00 per occurrence.
The unit is five minutes from the University of South Florida and a short drive to MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, Takomah Trail Park, and Lettuce Lake Park. All of these attractions are within a 10-minute drive.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. It's important to note that any mess and/or pet waste is expected to be cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed (3) per reservation. You can park in the spaces labeled "Visitor", spread throughout the community. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of ANY of these rules.
