Failure to properly bag and dispose of trash can result in fines up to $200. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests, and the individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and stay at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing, and only registered guests may stay overnight. The number of vehicles on the property should not exceed three, with parking available in "Visitor" spaces. Guests are encouraged to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors.
