The home also includes a washer and dryer, heating and air conditioning, and free parking on the premises. Pet-friendly with a one-time pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances & breeds. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A damage protection option is required for all reservations. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between a $250 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $30 per night (capped at a maximum of $150). This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $250 refundable security deposit. Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and are susceptible to a late check-out fee of up to $350. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed 3 per reservation. You can park in the spaces labeled "Visitor", spread throughout the community. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
