Morning light filters into a calm, spacious interior where the pace feels unhurried and easy. The entire rental unit is located on the first floor and offers a layout designed for shared stays without feeling crowded. The living area is generous enough for the whole group to relax together, with a nearby dining area for sit-down meals and a breakfast nook tucked into the kitchen. Just off the living space, a small patio provides outdoor seating for two, perfect for a quiet moment outside. The full kitchen gives you the flexibility to prepare simple meals during your stay. With ample counter space and a functional layout, it works well for quick breakfasts, shared dinners, or anything in between. The adjacent dining areas make it easy to gather and reconnect over meals. Air conditioning and heating help maintain a comfortable indoor environment year-round.
Guests have access to community amenities that include a pool, gym, clubhouse, lounge, basketball court, walking and biking trails, and a grill area. A washer and dryer are available inside the unit, making longer stays more convenient. Free parking is available on premises.
The property sits within a short drive of several local attractions. The University of South Florida, MOSI, Busch Gardens Tampa, and nearby parks are all easily accessible, making this a practical home base for exploring the area.
Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There are no fireworks or firearms allowed on the property. Guests are required to take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure; failure to do so can result in fines up to $200. Late check-outs are not permitted unless coordinated in advance and are susceptible to a late check-out fee of up to $350. There is absolutely no smoking or drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. One-time pet fees of $150 are per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the fees, weight allowances, and breeds. Un-leashed pet fees are $50.00 per occurrence, and pet waste pick-up fees are $50.00 per occurrence. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed three per reservation. You can park in the spaces labeled "Visitor", spread throughout the community. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors when possible. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. Follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Report damages immediately. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
