Smoking is strictly prohibited inside or outdoors on the premises, with any violation leading to eviction without a refund and up to $500 in cleaning charges. Check-in includes a resort fee and a refundable security deposit of $250 to cover any incidental damage or charges during your stay. This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary.
