No diving or running is allowed, and the property management is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or losses. A $500 fine will be applied for any smoking violations. Please keep all doors closed and the air conditioning on at all times to prevent condensation and property damage. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 07:00 AM, and excessive noise or property damage may result in penalties.
