Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. A noise alert device is installed to monitor reasonable noise levels, ensuring compliance with local ordinances.
