This apartment features four spacious bedrooms, four bathrooms, a comfy living area, a full kitchen, and dining areas. Enjoy the convenience of a free washer and dryer. The large living area can accommodate the entire family, with a breakfast nook in the kitchen and a dining area for sharing meals. A small patio with outdoor seating for two is located off the living room. The full kitchen is equipped with everything you might need to make simple meals.
Enjoy access to the community pool and nearby gym. One-time pet fees are $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets allowed per unit, not to exceed 50lbs each. Breed restrictions apply and include any percentage, mixture, or combination of Pit Bulls & Staffordshire Terriers, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Chows, Great Danes, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Siberian Huskies, and Wolf-hybrids. Service animals must adhere to the same rules and regulations concerning noise, animal conduct, and waste disposal but are exempt from the above fees, weight allowances, and breeds. An un-Leashed Pet Fee is $50 per occurrence, and Pet Waste Pick-up is $50 per occurrence.
Located in Tampa Palms, a pristine neighborhood just 14 miles northeast of Tampa, Florida, this apartment is a short drive from the Florida Aquarium, famous restaurants, and riverfront views at Tampa Riverwalk. The neighborhood blends suburban residential streets with urban charm, offering numerous apartment complexes, restaurants, shops, hospitals, and various businesses. University Mall, Busch Gardens Tampa Bay, and Adventure Island are also nearby. The apartment is located in a prime area near major freeways like I-275 and I-75 for ease of commuting and is close to shopping, dining, and entertainment like Violet Cury Preserve.
Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. In sunny Florida, humidity and bugs are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. It is expected that any mess and/or pet waste is cleaned, picked up, and disposed of properly. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A maximum of eight guests are allowed at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. No third-party bookings are allowed unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM. Keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind and no firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. Failure to bag trash properly and dispose of it in containers provided can result in fines up to $200. Due to the size of the home and to adequately prepare for next guests, late check-outs are not permitted (unless we've already coordinated in advance) and are susceptible to incurring a late check-out fee of $350.
