Parking is available for up to 3 vehicles directly in front of the property. Early check-in and late check-out will incur a $50 charge per hour unless otherwise granted in writing. Exceeding occupancy stated in the rules will incur a $50 charge per person, per night.

No smoking is allowed, with a $500 penalty fee for violations. No events or parties are permitted. Maximum overnight occupancy is six, and maximum occupancy until 10:00 pm is eight. Reduced noise and activity are required after 9 pm to 9 am. Keyless entry with a digital lock is provided.
The TV room can be transformed into a private office by closing the French doors. High-speed Wi-Fi is available, and a laptop computer is not included.
