There is a full bath in the hallway, and a half bath off the master bedroom. There is a nice storage area above the home in the attic. It is in a good location convenient to the Clyde Theatre, Foster Park, Waynedale, Aboite township, downtown Fort Wayne, Lutheran Hospital, General Motors, shopping, restaurants, and more. Taxes payable in 2020 were only $728.48. The owner's utility costs due in March were $98.68 for electric, $68.04 for natural gas, and $76.91 for water, sewer, and trash pickup (the owner claims to be a pretty heavy user of water). As mentioned before, there is a newer gas forced air furnace, and there is central air. The homeowner had electric baseboard heat prior to the gas furnace being installed. The baseboards are still there, but the breakers are shut off to them currently, and she hasn't used it since getting the gas furnace. The carpet in the home is older. It appears from pulling up on the floor vents that there might be hardwood floors under much of the carpet, but we can't guarantee that, or know the condition that they would be in.
