This home does not have air conditioning. Please treat the space with care and respect during your stay. The total number of guests must not exceed what is listed on your reservation, including children and infants. You may have up to 3 additional daytime guests, but they must leave by 10:00 PM. Any overnight guests not listed on the reservation or anyone staying past 10:00 PM will incur a $100 per person, per night fee and may result in cancellation of your stay. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking of any kind, including vaping and cannabis, is strictly prohibited anywhere inside or outside the home, with violations resulting in a minimum $600 odor removal fee. Parties, events, or large gatherings are not permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Late check-outs without prior approval will result in additional charges. A $150 cleaning fee may apply if the home is left excessively dirty. No pets are allowed, and unapproved pets will result in fines and additional cleaning fees. Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the home. If any damage occurs during your stay, notify us immediately.
