The home has a maximum occupancy of guests, and renters who exceed the occupancy limit are subject to eviction. No smoking is allowed in the unit or on the balcony, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
