Our home caters to both short-term and medium-term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accommodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience. This kitchen is undeniably the heart of the home! It gets plenty of natural sunlight which makes it perfect for serene peaceful mornings. Fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs, stainless steel appliances including ovens, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, cooking essentials, place settings, and dining utensils, granite countertops, natural sunlight, and ample counter space. This spacious living area was designed for creating great memories with family and friends! Matching couches with decorative pillows, coffee tables, lighting, and designer rug, flat-screen TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, and plants for a touch of natural greenery. There’s something special about sharing a meal together and it’s important to celebrate these simple moments in life too! Dedicated dining room for sit-down meals, dining table with seating for 8, tasteful abstract art and décor for a restaurant-like feel. With 5 bedrooms to choose from, be sure to check them all out before settling in! Master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, 4 additional bedrooms with various bed arrangements, all rooms feature nightstands, bedside lamps, and decorative artwork, can comfortably sleep 12 guests, master bedroom with table top workstation that can be moved around the house. Pst – you’ll want to check out this master ensuite bathroom! This bathroom was designed to give you a spa-like feel with its luxurious soaker tub, glass walk-in standing shower, and jack-and-jill sinks! If you’re looking for some good ol’ R&R (rest and relaxation), this is the place for it! 2.5 bathrooms, including a master ensuite, glass walk-in standing showers for easy accessibility, jetted tub in the master bathroom for a nice bubble bath, granite countertops and tile flooring. This huge backyard is fully fenced so there’s plenty of space for your kiddos to run and play around. In the evenings, toss some burgers and steaks onto the grill for dinner; then make use of the firepit and enjoy some roasted marshmallows for dessert. Settle in for a soak in the hot tub while you watch the twinkling stars emerge! Fire pit and hot tub, outdoor grill, plenty of green space, and fully fenced yard for your privacy. Free parking is available to guests. There is plenty of space available in the double garage, on the neighborhood streets, and on the driveway. A laundry room has a washer and dryer available for your use. Go for a nice walk near the creek during your stay. Stone Creek Park is a lovely local park with plenty of well-maintained trails, a creek, playground equipment, gazebos, benches, and workout equipment.
Free parking is available to guests. There is plenty of space available in the double garage, on the neighborhood streets, and on the driveway. A laundry room has a washer and dryer available for your use. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate of $29 applies for each guest beyond the first six guests.
Flower Mound is a lovely suburb of Dallas and it is one of the best places to live in Texas! With its rural, small-town feel, this neighborhood is very safe and family-friendly. Conveniently located only 16 minutes from the DFW airport, there are also lots of restaurants, coffee shops, and parks for you to explore! Here are a few highlights to check out while you’re here: Twin Coves Park, with 234 acres of rolling meadows and hills plus a fishing pier with great bank fishing! [13 min drive] Stone Creek Park, a lovely local park with plenty of well-maintained trails, playground equipment, gazebos, benches, and workout equipment! [2 min drive or 6 min walk] CAC Water Park, a water park with 2 large water slides, a 60-gall dumping bucket, a lazy river, interactive water features, water play structures, and concession stand [5 min drive] For those interested in exploring Dallas, here are some noteworthy attractions: ICR Discovery Center for Science & Earth History, a museum with stunning planetarium shows, state-of-the-art exhibits, and live science presentations! [18 min drive] Mandalay Canal Walk at Las Colinas, a beautiful paved waterfront trail with waterfalls and restaurants; you can even take a gondola ride here! [19 min drive] Six Flags Over Texas, a 200-acre amusement/theme park with more than 50 rides, plus live bands and family-oriented shows [25 min drive]
We do not allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. Only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 8 or more guests. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used if you are familiar with its operation. It should not be left unattended at any time. Bunk beds are available and guests use them at their own risk.
