About Village on the Green Apartments
Village on the Green Apartments offers online rent pay for your convenience and placing work orders online from your smart phone or computer. Each building has its own laundry facilities available 24 hours a day. Village on the Green offers a picnic area and gazebo for our tenants to sit in and enjoy their evenings. Our trusted maintenance people are on staff 24 hours a day.
We are a pet friendly community. A non-refundable Pet Fee of $350.00 per cat or dog is assessed as is a monthly Pet Rent of $35.00 per animal.
Village on the Green Apartments is in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from Lake Erie and Miller Road Park and the boat launch. Walking across the street to the small shopping center you will find Drug Mart, Subway, Domino's Pizza, China Gate, Rio Coffee Brewery and H & R Block. Village on the Green Apartments have easy access to I-90 and are a short drive from the Ford plant and the PolyOne headquarters.
