It was the best and biggest lot on the block (at the end of a dead end). When the daughter opted out, we got the lot, and our parents had this beloved home built. Our family has loved this home for decades. “
Love the Belle Isle area. This cool one owner home sits at the end of the cul-de-sac on 3 lots. Great backyard with tons of privacy. Large rooms. Just replaced the HVAC in 2020. Home needs updating so we priced it as such. This neighborhood/area shows pride of ownership on every home. They don't come around like this very often. Tons of potential!!! Seller is selling as/is.
