No loud noise, parties, or events are permitted, and the maximum capacity is 10 people. No unregistered guests are allowed overnight, with a $50 charge per additional guest per night. Pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is given, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay for approved small pets under 25 lbs. The property is equipped with security cameras outside for added security, and guests are required to respect community guidelines and keep the property clean. Please ensure no cars are parked on the street after 9 pm, with a maximum of 4 standard-size cars allowed on the premises.
