The cozy dining area is perfect for enjoying your meals.
Additional amenities include free Wi-Fi, an onsite washer and dryer, and an extra queen air mattress available on site. For parties greater than 8 people, an additional twin air mattress is available upon request. The cooling and heating system is equipped with Nest Thermostat control for added comfort. Please note, extra bedding sheets for the air mattress and bath towels are provided for parties of 8 guests or more and are available upon prior request at booking. Mid-stay cleaning services can be requested for an additional fee.
Check-in is at 4 pm, and check-out is strictly at 10 am, with a penalty fee of half the night’s stay for late check-out. No smoking, including electronic cigarettes, is allowed anywhere inside or outside within 10 feet of the property, with a $250 cleaning charge for violations. No loud noise, parties, or events are permitted, and the maximum capacity is 10 people. No unregistered guests are allowed overnight, with a $50 charge per additional guest per night. Pets are not allowed unless prior authorization is given, with a nonrefundable pet fee of $150 per pet per stay for approved small pets under 25 lbs. The property is equipped with security cameras outside for added security, and guests are required to respect community guidelines and keep the property clean. Please ensure no cars are parked on the street after 9 pm, with a maximum of 4 standard-size cars allowed on the premises.
