There is a kitchen which includes a refrigerator and gas stove and off the back family room there is a back entrance which leads you down to the parking lot. There is no separation of gas, water, or electric between the units and extra storage can be found in the basement along with the washer and dryer. This building made a perfect unit for the past owner who died suddenly but had lived in the lower half and rented the upper part.
