The Dock House combines the thrill of a boating adventure with the comfort of a well-appointed home. It features a spacious living and dining area, a kitchen with all needed essentials, comfortable bedrooms, a private outdoor pool, a balcony with outdoor furniture, and internet access.
Parking is available for up to six cars and a boat trailer. Pets are allowed, with a limit of two dogs weighing up to 50lb each, and a pet fee of $150 per pet.

Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 8 am, with a $200 fine for violations. No parties or events are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. A State Identification Card or Driver's License copy will be requested upon booking.
