You will be sharing with two other UVU students upstairs, both with their own rooms and a shared bathroom. Both are male students. Since the primary suite has a private bathroom, a single male or female is permitted. No couples or families allowed due to limited parking and shared common space.

The main level has a furnished kitchen, dining table, living room and half bath, all shared by the three tenants.

OPTIONAL: There is also a second bedroom adjacent to this primary bedroom that can be used as an office or study room. The rent for this extra room is an additional $100/month to be used as an office or storage (not furniture).

Parking is available in the garage and driveway - all tenants must work together to share the available spots. There is some parking in the complex with a permit, which we provide.

Lease: 12 Months. Month-to-Month may be available after lease terms.

Utilities included - water, gas, electric, and gigabit Internet service.

Deposit is $850. $200 is non-refundable for deep cleaning.

Pet Policy: No dogs, cats, or any other pets allowed due to this being a shared space.
