This all brick home that was custom built in 1972 by this original owner. As you enter the home you have a large foyer with tile flooring and a coat closet, sunken formal living room and formal dining room as almost all ranch style homes from the 60's and 70's were designed. The kitchen is large and open to a den with a white brick fireplace. The kitchen was remodeled in 1995 with tons of cabinets, a center island, a large built in wall pantry with roll out drawers plus another pantry. Electric cook-top and dishwasher. Most of the home is original with some periodic updates throughout the years. Like carpet and lighting. The bathrooms and all wet areas are vinyl. The master bedroom is large with ceiling fan and two walk in closets. The additional 3 bedrooms are good size and one bedroom having a walk in closet. The bathrooms both have tub/shower combination. Some periodic updates have been made throughout the home over the years. All Brick home with nice front porch. There is a carport and large utility room/workshop that is heated and cooled which was the husbands work room. The homeowner is not aware of the age of the roof. We have several acres that is cleared and maintained with large oaks and azaleas. The home sits back off of the highway so you are obscured from Highway 29. Most of the 11.68 is heavily wooded. I was told that there is a creek of some sort at the very back portion of the acreage. This acreage is heavily wooded. The home is on septic with public water and gas. The HVAC has gas heat and the water heater is gas. There is a large outbuilding that will convey in AS-IS condition and is given no value. Very solid home that has been well maintained.
