Per the county (email attached with docs): The 2.2-acre lot known as Parcel P666 has been assigned the address of 27014 Ridge Road. Water table and percolation testing have been completed and the property has an approved plan (See attached plan and test results). The property has an approved septic area for a house with up to 3 bedrooms. Any test shown on the plan with a circle around it is an unsatisfactory test and did not support a septic area.The smaller property that touches Ridge Road also had water table and percolation testing completed, however, the tests were not successful and this lot does not have a septic area and is not a buildable lot. The very small triangle shaped lot did not change from our phone conversation and is not usable. So out of the three properties, only the large one can be built on.Large building is located on property for equipment storage. THis is NOT a commercial lot. Lots being sold AS IS.
