Sandalwood Apartments is a 16 unit complex that is quite, safe and secure. The owners are "hands on" with an onsite manager. All communication is done through DoorLoop and the Tenant Portal. Rents paid, work orders with photos are opened, communicate directly with the General Manager and Onsite Manager. There are Rules and Regulations that are adhered to for the safety of all tenants, guests and owner. Pets are allowed by a case by case method and this comes with an additional $250.00 nonrefundable deposit and an additional $30.00 per month in the rent. One pet per unit and all pets, dog or cat can not be over 30 pounds. We welcome Section 8 and you must quality through the application process. Application Fee is $49.95 per each applicant.
