This is a great starter home! It needs some updating inside but otherwise a nice 1842 sqft home at a reasonable price per sqft! New dimensional shingle roof to be replaced with in the next 30 days. Home sold AS IS. Shed in back has no value. Lovely screened in back porch. House on Septic tank. Drain field replaced approx 7 years ago. Sprinkler system is on city water and needs work (replacing sprinklers) AC replaced with in the last 5 years approx. Was a rental so owner has not lived in it for many years.
