This is a rock solid structure. The pool was installed 2 years ago and the vinyl lining looks new since it gets very little sun. There is a main drain and a skimmer drain with a dedicated pool pump that also cycles water through the POOL SOLAR PANELS to heat the water. There is also an attached pool heat pump so you can swim virtually year round with 90 degree water if you want. The pool structure has lights, a ceiling fan and multiple protected electrical outlets. The entire property is fully fenced and cross fenced into 4 separate areas: front yard, back yard, back garages, and the garden/ fruit trees area.
