The kitchen counter surfaces and backsplash are engineered quartz stone. The range, microwave oven and dishwasher are easy clean, glossy black and remain in the house. Included with the appliance package is a space saving, counter depth Kitchen Aid french door refrigerator with bottom freezer. The spacious pantry is great for storing bulk food and small electric appliances. The free-standing range's heat source is chef preferred, clean burning, natural gas. The Kenmore electric washer and gas dryer were purchased in October, 2018 and are included in the sale price of the house.
The rear patio faces northwest. Mature trees on this and neighboring lots help keep the house cool on those hot summer days. On the south wall of the garage is an additional electric wall outlet with the correct amperage to recharge a golf car's batteries. The garage was professionally repainted in 2018. The water heater, located in the garage was replaced in 2018.

Amenities include the Trilogy, 18 hole championship golf course which winds its way through this housing tract.
