Amazing location with easy access and minutes to major routes (422, 202, Schuylkill Expressway, PA Turnpike), shopping (King of Prussia, Collegeville, Oaks), restaurants and bars (Phoenixville), and parks and trails (The Audubon Bird Sanctuary is right around the corner, and of course…Valley Forge). All of this for a price that feels like a steal in our current real estate market.
