Cute little 3 bedroom cottage! Relax at Lake Seminole! Very close to several landings. Style is a little dated but interior is in very good condition! Carpet was new about 5 years ago but no one has stayed in it since so it still looks new. Ac seems to be working great. Owner does not live nearby and has no idea the age of roof, which is metal and in great shape. Out building is set up for a washer and dryer and also has a full bath but plumbing is not hooked up yet in bathroom. Siding needs some repair at bottom edge and needs cleaned.
