You just missed the chili cookoff, community bonfire, and golf cart Christmas Parade just as an example. How many neighborhoods do stuff like that? To be part of the fun and to use the boat ramp, 4 pickleball courts, tennis and basketball court, the dog park, fenced in kids playground, swimming pool, kayak launch, and boat trailer storage area, its just $450/yr. Your first year of membership is already paid for by the seller. Also this home is about 10-15 minutes (4 miles) to Downtown Naples and the beaches. Lowdermilk Park (on the beach) is 3.8 miles. The sneaky back way to the Gordon River Greenway and to Baker Park is only a 1.4 mile bike ride. I challenge you to count the cars on this street while you are there. Very low traffic street with a huge driveway your kids can play in like the good old days. You can buy in Lakewood, or Kings Lake, but you will wish you had bought into Coconut River for stress free, HOA free life.
