Feel at home in Sweet 'N Salty, a quaint 3-bedroom, 2-bath home tucked away in the Emerald Shores gated community in Miramar Beach. This home can accommodate up to 12 guests.
The open-concept kitchen and dining area overlook the living area. The table comfortably seats six, and there's additional seating at the breakfast bar. The kitchen boasts beautiful quartz countertops and a bonus margarita machine for added fun. This kitchen is equipped with full appliances, dishes, bake ware, pots and pans, silverware, utensils, a crockpot, blender, and a traditional coffee maker and Keurig. A high chair, pack and play, kids cutlery, cups, and plastic dishes are available for tiny travelers. The back patio can be accessed directly from the living and dining area and includes both a propane and charcoal grill, and a few seats to kick back and relax. The living area offers two sofas, a TV with standard cable, and a console table that doubles as a queen-size pull-out Murphy bed. There is a spacious master suite with a comfortable king-size bed and TV. The en-suite bathroom provides an extra level of comfort with a walk-in closet, his and her sinks, a separate toilet room, a jacuzzi tub, and a standalone shower. The final bedroom is another spacious king-size room with custom-painted shabby chic furniture, a TV, and closet space. This room offers an attached full Jack & Jill bathroom with a shower and tub combo that also opens up to the hallway for access. The laundry room can be found at the end of the hallway with a full-size washer and dryer for guest use.
Guests can enjoy the two community pools, with the central one being seasonally heated, basketball, pickleball, tennis, and shuffleboard courts. Private gated beach access is complete with a pavilion, beach wagon parking, restrooms, showers, optional beach service rentals, and a cabana bar. Up to 2 vehicles can be accommodated for your stay.
Located in the Emerald Shores gated community in Miramar Beach, this home is just steps away from basketball and pickleball/tennis courts, and one of the community pools. A few minutes' walk will take you to the second seasonally heated community pool located centrally in the neighborhood. The private gated beach access is right at the entrance of the neighborhood on Scenic 98, complete with pavilions and close access to Kenny D's beach bar & grill. The community has two access points, one from Highway 98, the main road through Destin/Miramar Beach, and one from Scenic Highway 98, the "beach road".
Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. There is absolutely no street parking at any time, with a maximum of 2 vehicles in the driveway only. There is no smoking permitted on the property at any time. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets, and an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Trash days are Tuesday and Saturday. You must bag your trash, as they will not pick up unbagged trash. A $150 fine is issued to guests in violation of non-bagged trash. [SI]
