Arbor Hills Nature Preserve boasts 200 acres, with 3 miles of paved hiking trails, 3 miles of unpaved hiking trails, and a 2.8-mile bike trail. The Shops at Willow Bend and Legacy West are nearby for shopping and entertainment.
Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort are not allowed. Room #5 will be opened for groups of 12+ guests. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. The spa heating element and jets are inoperable. A noise alert device has been installed in this home that only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
