Check-out time is 10 AM, with a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes past check-out. All properties are non-smoking and non-vaping, with violation resulting in damage fees. Noise disturbances will result in a warning, and further disturbances may lead to eviction without refund. Pets are not allowed on furniture, and damage or excessive cleaning charges due to pets will be charged to the guest. Maintenance issues will be addressed promptly, but no refunds or rent reductions will be made due to mechanical failures or interruptions.
