Noise disturbances are taken seriously, with warnings given for any reported issues and potential eviction for repeated disturbances without refund. Check-out time is 10 AM, with a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes past this time. All trash must be taken out and dishes placed in the dishwasher upon check-out. Personal property left behind will incur a minimum $50 returned item fee. Maintenance issues will be addressed promptly, but no refunds or rent reductions will be made for mechanical failures or interruptions.
