Free street parking is available with a 2-hour limit from 8am-6pm Monday through Friday, but unlimited on nights, weekends, and holidays. Adjacent blocks offer unlimited free parking. A 90-day parking pass can be applied for to park in the 2-hour zone directly in front of the building without restrictions. Pet rent is $90 per dog per month, with a strict no cats policy. Please ensure your dog is added to the reservation.
The apartment is ideally located just 1 block from City Park and 5 minutes from Cheesman Park and the Botanic Gardens. It's 8 blocks to Sprouts Farmers Market and 8 minutes to the Cherry Creek Shopping District. Downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi are just 10 minutes away, while Red Rocks is a 30-minute drive and ski resorts are 1 hour and 30 minutes away. The host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building's steam boiler system, while guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans. The property is non-smoking and non-vaping, with violation resulting in damage fees. Noise disturbances are taken seriously, with warnings given for any reported issues and potential eviction for repeated disturbances without refund. Check-out time is 10 AM, with a $50 fee for every additional 30 minutes past this time. All trash must be taken out and dishes placed in the dishwasher upon check-out. Personal property left behind will incur a minimum $50 returned item fee. Maintenance issues will be addressed promptly, but no refunds or rent reductions will be made for mechanical failures or interruptions.
The apartment features a great work-from-home set-up in the bedroom/den, with fast internet speeds of 300mbps download and 10mbps upload. A shared router may or may not be in-unit.
