Enjoy easy access to Joe Pool Lake, Mountain Creek Lake, and a variety of family attractions, including the Grand Prairie Premium Outlets, Epic Waters Indoor Waterpark, and Six Flags Over Texas.
Smoking of any type is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus cleaning and repair costs. Room 5 is opened for groups of 12 or more guests. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or large gatherings are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted on the property. A noise alert device is installed to monitor decibel levels and ensure compliance with local noise ordinances.
The home offers a remote work-friendly environment with Wi-Fi and comfortable spaces for working from home. A laptop computer is not included.
