The priv. Bedroom is Fully Furnished w/Full Bed, room 4.5’ Refrig., Closet, desk, lamp, fan, cubbies storage & under bed storage.
PRIV. SMALL LANAI- You also get a 2nd Spot to use: Outdoor open air Lanai “hawaiian style” covered small enclosed area (rustic basic kitchenette type spot) to make basic meals: micro, two-burner elec cooktop, long counter, shelves. This space is non-shared. there is a sink to wash up a dish. You’re on the shady breezy side of property. Privacy palms. Laundry shared onsite: Washer in large indoor big Laundry-room is a shared community space with all onsite. no dryer. No animals allowed (I have a dog, he hates cats, does not do well with children) PARKING: Street Park, non designated. ROOM COMES FULLY FURNISHED.
