This property is rather unique. It is a 1 acre lot with has three buildings. The house was built in 1910 and remodeled in 1993, apparently by the owner, and not done well. The house is in poor condition. The two other buildings are garages. The front garage has two bays in the front and one on the side. There appears to be a paint room in the middle of the building and there is an unfinished second floor space. The rear garage has three bays across the front and are easily two cars deep. Above the garage is a two bedroom apartment. The apartment was not permitted. If the house was removed, due to its condition, the town may approve the apartment as the residential space.
