There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking/golf cart distance. SunBelievable is just 20-30 minutes from VPS airport (traffic permitting) and 15 minutes from popular destinations like HarborWalk Village, Baytowne Wharf, and Silver Sands Outlets. You’re also close to the Scenic Highway 30A and many Destin hotspots.
Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. No student groups or guests under 25 are permitted. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets or an additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. There is parking to accommodate up to 5 vehicles, and street parking/blocking sidewalk/right-of-way may result in citation from the City of Destin to be paid by guests in violation.
