The home features a game room with a pool table, shuffleboard, and a bonus fridge, making it perfect for fun-filled evenings. The living room has three sofas surrounding a gas fireplace and a big screen Smart TV. The top-of-the-line kitchen boasts ample counter space and is fully stocked with top-of-the-line appliances, dishes, utensils, cookware, and a small coffee bar area with a standard coffee pot and Keurig. The wrap-around balcony offers astonishing beach views and a propane grill for convenience. The laundry room, with a full-sized washer and dryer, is situated directly off the kitchen area for convenience.
Optional golf cart rentals and pool and spa heating are available at a discounted rate for guests all year long. The home can accommodate up to six vehicles, but unfortunately, there is no adequate space for RVs, boats, or trailers. Pets are welcome with a one-time $200 fee, and guests are expected to clean up after their pets both indoors and outdoors.

Pets are allowed up to two dogs only if house trained, not permitted on the furniture, and crated if left unattended. A pet fee must be paid prior to arrival. No jumping from the balcony into the pool is allowed, and any violation may result in immediate eviction and loss of the security deposit. The home provides all linens and a small courtesy amount of essential supplies for the first 24 hours of your stay. For larger groups or longer trips, it is recommended to bring additional supplies. The home is not a party or spring break venue, and any law enforcement calls may result in the loss of the entire security deposit at the owner's discretion.
