Thanks to a shallow four-foot basement and plenty of large windows, the well lit downstairs is more of a ''lower level'' than a ''basement''. The huge family room (with a marble fireplace), and all 3 bedrooms have good space. while the dedicated laundry room and bathroom with tile and glass shower doors are nice, unexpected upgrades.
