This third-floor condo is accessible by stairs only, with no elevator available, making it unsuitable for guests with mobility issues. Check-in is after 4 pm, and check-out is by 10 am. No pets are allowed, and smoking is prohibited in the condo or on the balcony, with penalties for odor removal. Excess trash should be taken to the dumpster in the parking lot, and air conditioning should not be set below 70 degrees to avoid repair charges.
The kitchen area serves as a great workspace for remote work trips, with a breakfast bar and dining table providing adequate seating for meals or work. A laptop computer is not included.
