When you walk up the stairs with an oak-colored banister and stair rails, four bedrooms await you. The master bedroom features a tray ceiling, an oversized sitting area, and two extra closets off the bedroom. The master bathroom has a garden tub, double vanities, two walk-in closets, and a water closet. Three additional bedrooms upstairs with large closets share a full bath. The laundry closet is upstairs, too. Just where you want it for easy bedroom access! In 2016 the hot water heater was replaced. The downstairs is very spacious, including a living room with crown molding and two sets of double doors so it can easily function as an office, a dining room with crown molding and a chair rail, a spacious kitchen with plenty of counter and cabinet space and a pantry, a separate eat-in-kitchen nook, a huge great room with a three-panel-wide picture window and a fireplace, and a half bath. The kitchen and great room ceilings were just scraped from a popcorn finish to a flat finish and painted. The entire downstairs level and the upstairs hallways have genuine hardwood floors! To match your color schemes and decorating plans, you may wish to refinish the hardwood, replace the carpet in the bedrooms and on the stairs, and repaint the walls. All drywall holes have been spackled and sanded, leaving the walls fully ready to paint if you so desire. Several years ago, the garage door was removed and replaced with two windows, a door, and matching siding. The space was finished with a walk-in closet, a full bathroom with a handicapped shower, a kitchenette area with a built-in microwave, and a huge living area with nine-foot ceilings and crown molding. This space can be an in-law suite, a massive fifth bedroom, a private office, a recreation room, or some other use of your choosing. The back deck floorboards and spindles were just replaced, as were the front porch steps. The exterior vinyl siding was just completely pressure-washed. The backyard includes seven (7) producing blueberry bushes and a 10’ x 12’ loft barn colored to match the house. Numerous manuals and paperwork for appliances, garage conversion, etc. are in a set of folders in the kitchen. This is a wonderful home with plenty of space for a large family, or a growing family. It will not stay on the market long!
