We met Rayshell by chance while looking for a home in near Atlanta, GA and all I can say is that it was a sign from God😇. Rayshell has been on this long journey with us for almost a year of showing us homes when inventory was tight and patiently waiting for us to sell our current home in NY so that we could start the process when the market was better. Rayshell’s professionalism and energy is incredible, she works 7 days a week, answers calls and emails promptly, she is knowledgeable and determined to get her clients what they want within a timely manner. We found our home and had to go to the closing table in 30 days, while my head was spinning, she managed to connect me to her contacts and they helped finish the process effortlessly and on time. Where do I even begin? The process of purchasing a home can be extremely stressful and very much overwhelming! However, Rayshell made this a worry and experience for my family and I. The home we purchased was only on the market 24 hrs when I stumbled upon it. Rayshell immediately looked into it. She informed us that there was already 3 offers on the home but, she still encouraged us to go see it. So, the next day we did and fell in love with the home and the entire neighborhood. It had everything we wanted! Within the hour, Rayshell put together an offer and submitted it. That evening we learned there were an additional 3 offers on the home. My family and I tried to remain positive without getting our hopes up. The, very next day Rayshell, called and told us that the offer she Seemlessly strategically crafted beat out the other 6 offers. I'm was in complete and total shock! Listen ya'll, it was a journey! BUT Rayshell held our hand and guided us. She was our light through the tunnel. Of course, there were bumps in the road that were beyond our control, HOWEVER, Rayshell had a solution to everything. And to be completely honest her solutions to these unexpected roadblocks ended up working in our favor even better. What I really appreciate is that she never put pressure on us to buy or to sell. She gave us the space to go at our own pace. Through every step of the way she was our biggest advocate....always keeping what was best for my family and I as her #1 priority! My partner and I recently (April 2022) purchased our retirement home with the distinct advantage of having Ms. Rayshell Scott, by our side, as our realtor.

We began searching for a home about 8 months prior to purchase. We were not in a rush and we knew what we really wanted. We were fortunate to have had numerous opportunities during that time to share our hopes and desires regarding what was important to us, with Ms. Scott.

She consistently made sure that we both were engaged in the process by always keeping both of us informed with new options, developments and builders. She was always following up on ideas we had mentioned.

Ms. Scott uses a virtual collaboration center that allows everyone to "weigh-in" on each home that she presents. From the time she began working with us, she curated a list of homes that met our criteria daily. It is a tremendous virtual tool that she uses masterfully. I really liked how her collaboration center was so much more personalized, as compared to zillow or trulia.

Ms. Rayshell Scott is the BEST real estate agent that I have met in Georgia. For the record, I have met quite a few.

Ms. Scott performs her role with precision. There is no wasted time when you work with her. She is a wonderful listener and makes it her job to understand and to satisfy each individual involved in the transaction. She is always timely with her responses and quickly handles any questions which may exist.

Her up-to-date knowledge regarding industry standards/laws and her willingness to share her expertise with the clients is truly a value add. She is accommodating before, during and after the transaction. I found her work ethic to be beyond my expectations and every interaction to be a pleasant one.

I honestly cannot say enough positive accolades about this outstanding real estate agent.

My only regret is that I wish we could have met her earlier. She is a rare find and a tremendous asset when purchasing a home.
